When are try-outs?
Try-outs are usually held in either late April or early May for our West Coast All Star competitive teams. Check the website often for updates and more information in regards to specific dates and times. For those athletes who miss try-outs, we still offer the opportunity to join. Individual try-outs can be set up at any time during the year, and athletes may be placed on open West Coast All Star teams.  

Do I need any experience to try-out?
Absolutely not! West Coast All Stars has a team for every age and skill level. If you have never cheered before – we have a beginning team for you! If you are an elite level gymnast or cheerleader – we have an advanced team for you! We offer youth and mini teams for our youngest cheerleaders all the way through to college level teams for our athletes over 18 years of age! Come check us out! Everyone makes a team!  

How much does it cost?
There is an annual insurance and registration fee of $45 that needs to be paid once per year. Monthly tuition may vary – team costs are different than class costs – call the West Coast All Stars for more information. If you are placed on a team, you will be expected to pay for competition uniforms, competition fees, choreography fees, as well as participate in at least one team fundraiser.

How many times do you compete per year?
The West Coast All Stars attend approximately 10 competitions per season. The competition season usually starts in November and ends in April. On top of competing, the West Coast All Stars have also made appearances in parades, city sponsored events, cheerleading clinics, and other fun special events!

How do I sign up?
1. Check the “Try-Outs Info” page on the website for any important information or forms that need to be filled out.
2. Check the “Classes” page for the schedule of classes being offered and decide which classes fit you and your schedule.
3. Call the West Coast All Stars at (909) 444-9227 to sign up and save your spot in one of our classes or to schedule a try-out for one of our teams! We look forward to hearing from you soon!
