An opportunity to come work out at the West Coast All
stars gym and train with the best coaches in the west!
This 2 hour work out session is for both WCA team
members and non-team members and is designed for the
athlete to work at their own level, no matter what the
skill! Come for just one hour or come for 2 hours – it
is totally up to you! Work on that standing back
handspring or finally master your favorite running pass…
and do it all to fun music while surrounded by friends!
